DKMR Associates is a boutique consultancy made up of seasoned experts with hands-on experience in driving economic growth through foreign direct investment (FDI) and trade facilitation. Based in the UK, Germany, and Australia, our team has delivered results across Africa, Asia, the Pacific, and Latin America. We bring a practical, results-driven approach to economic development—grounded in real-world challenges and opportunities.
What We Do
Our work goes beyond theory. We focus on improving FDI performance through deep operational experience, not academic models. We believe that FDI success comes from developing capable individuals, not just building systems or relying on data. These tools are important, but they should support—not replace—human expertise.
We engage directly with clients or partner with larger consultancy teams to deliver specialist, frontline FDI expertise. Whether working with national governments or regional investment promotion agencies (IPAs), our approach embeds sustainable knowledge and capacity into organisations for lasting impact.
